RETURN POLICY / WARRANTY
At our company, we believe in providing our customers with a straightforward warranty policy for all of our products. Please see below for details on the warranties we offer for each type of product:
- • Parts: We offer a lifetime warranty on all parts we sell. This means that if you experience any issues with the part in the future, you can return it to us for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price (whichever is lower), or exchange it for a new one. The only condition that may make the part ineligible for warranty is physical or internal damage.
- • Batteries: All of our batteries come with a one-year warranty. If you experience any defects with the battery within a year of purchase and there is no physical damage, you can return it to us for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price (whichever is lower), or exchange it for a new one.
- • Tools: We offer a 30-day warranty on all tools we sell. If you experience any manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase, you can return the product to us for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price (whichever is lower), or exchange it for a new one
- • Pre-Owned Devices: Our pre-owned devices come with a 60-day warranty. If you experience any defects within 60 days of purchase, you can return the device to us for a credit back based on the current selling price of the day we receive the device for return. Please note that when returning the device, you must remove any personal data, iCloud information, Google account, or any other data on the device.
