For shipments exceeding $200, we provide a free shipping label. For values below this threshold, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your final bill.

2. Accessing the Program: Once approved, log into "My Account" and either select the "LCD BUYBACK PROGRAM" option or click on the "ACE BUYBACK" followed by the 'START PROCESS' button to begin.
3. Filling Out Details: Enter the amount of LCDs you wish to send. Choose your preferred payout method - PayPal or internal credit for future purchases or E-Transfer or Crypto payout
4. Submission and Confirmation: Submit your request. You'll receive an email confirmation indicating that your request has been created and is ready to ship.
5. Follow Instructions: The email confirmation will include detailed instructions for the next steps in the process.

No, The LCD and Digitizer must both be functional for the LCD to be eligible for recycling value.

We recognize the importance of recycled LCDs for repair shops. To ensure optimal outcomes, please carefully filter and securely package your LCDs using bubble wrap. This careful packaging is essential for maintaining their condition during shipment.

We've observed that some repair shops receive lower payouts or unsatisfactory results due to improper handling. Our recommendation is to place your own stamp or sticker on each LCD for identification. This way, if any LCDs are tested and classified as Grade FB - Full Broken (indicating bad LCD/Digitizer), they can be returned to you for verification using your unique identifier.

Please be aware that shipping costs are significant for us. Consequently, for returning Grade D LCDs, we require you to provide a shipping label.

Also, note that we retain Grade FB - Full Broken LCDs for 5 business days before disposal, giving you ample time to decide on their return.
